Hilighting in lists/forms doesn't work

Clicking on something in a form doesnt immediately hilight it. If i scroll down
and come back up, it appears highlighted, but it wont become hilighted without
this step (so if there's no where to scroll down to, i never see my choices).
This makes the bug search page hard to use :-(.

browser, something like 2000030809) of your copy of Mozilla.
