Dear Sir
I have a glitch with Firefox.. The option "Australian pages only" was
available with the original free download. It vanished a while back. I
reported it and asked what to do. Yes, I did clear all temp files and
cookies. The option came back, but only for two days. I have not had
the option for several weeks.. My version is 1.0.4. I would like this
option back, because Firefox is a great program apart from this. I
would be happy to donate, once this is fixed permanently, or do I need
to buy the updated program.
Regards
Nick Smith (for BAAMCS@vic.chariot.net.au)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firefox and NO option is given. Neither "Search the web" or "Australian
pages only"
2.
3.

Actual Results:
I appear to only have the "WWW option by default

Expected Results:
Options shouls appear with buttons to the left of the 2 options

Reported some weeks ago and got back the suggestion that I should deleat cookies
and temp internet files, which I do every session anyway.
"Search the Web" is in the tools menu, and it now puts the cursor in the search
box on the right hand side. Same as ctrl-K.

But what is "Australian Pages Only" ? Was that an extension ? Or was it a search
engine, like the "Google Australia" that you can download from
<http://mycroft.mozdev.org/quick/google.html> ?
Where did you originally see this "Australian pages only" option?

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
