Currently, you can only set/modify prefs, but you cannot unset/reset them.

IMHO this will be extremely valuable for extension makers or for any future
internal patches.

This should unset any pref if you set its value to null.

Setting a pref to nothing doesn't mean "clear it", if you wanrt preferences.xml
to support pref-reset, add a method to the |preference| binding.

Actually, looking closer at the code, there already is a method called "reset".
