right clicking on link uppermost part of window displays incomplete context
menu. many options get out of bound. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on any link almost 2and a half inch from top of usable screen
2.install extensions like adblock, scrapbook,show image, view page in IE,
blogthis (that adds context menu items)

Actual Results:  
context menu will appear in nsome part of context menu will get overlapped 


Expected Results:  
should show tht context menu below the mouse pointer instead of above mouse pointer
This is fixed in firefox 1.1
