top of sidebar (with word "customize") not redrawn

Details
Steps to reproduce:
- make your sidebar a reasonable size
- unmaximize mozilla
- resize from the right until part of the dark blue sidebar-top is covered, but
don't let go of the mouse button
- resize back
Part of the dark blue stuff will not be redrawn, and its exact appearance will
depend on how quickly you resized back to normal.
Another similar bug:
- do same, but resize from left.
The titles of the bookmarks will be smeared.
