Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit the aforementioned URL

Actual Results:  
Displays only the graphics / background images, but no forms for entering user's
login name & password

Expected Results:  
Display two input forms for users to enter their user name & password respectively.

This bug affects all platforms / products of Gecko-based browsers, and actually
also KDE's Konqueror browser. The page renders perfectly with IE and Opera.

Refresh (DNS) cache of your browser.

The website is using if (document.layers) and if (document.all) to sniff for
browsers.  Firefox returns false for both of these, so the site doesn't display
anything.

If you absolutely must sniff for browsers, there are better ways to do it.

To be exact, the affected page is in traditional Chinese & English.
