Details

Hi,
Firefox opens a blank tab that is unclosable when launching links from
thunderbird or other e-mail clients.
Build Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050705
Firefox/1.0+
It happens sometimes (not all of the time)

How to make it happen.

1. Grab this build of firefox
2. Use thunderbird or another e-mail client
3. Set firedfox as default browser
4. Open a link form an e-mail with it
5. Sometimes but not always firefox will open a blank tab that is unclosable
without closing the browswer compltly.

Firefox should not of opened that blank tab.

Firefox should of opened the link and that is all.
How do you mean unclosable? Doesnt the uppper right close button work?
Hi,
I mean that I can not close the blank tab unless I completely close the browser.
CAn you attach a screenshot of this issue? Also, does it happen with the latest
trunk build?
Hi,
