We have a critical bug in 2.18.2 that breaks at least query.cgi, and probably
viewing any page while you are logged-in. So, we need to release a 2.18.3.

I won't be available before 8pm PDT to do the release, so if anybody wants it
before then, they'd better do it themselves. :-) And if they want it before
12am, it would be good if somebody could prepare the necessary web site updates. :-)
