All keyboard access in the Browser is suspended (e.g. Esc, Alt) while the page tries to load. Reproducible: Always

Do you have JS and cookies enabled? Did you once succeed loading the page and now canΒ΄t load it again? Can you retry with a new profile, just for test, that means: empty cache, empty cookie list, no extensions, cookies and JS enabled?

Didn't work either. perhaps time to try a nightly and create an entirely new profile.
