Animated gif images stop animating when you click and hold the scrollbar or when
you navigate the menus (bookmarks etc...).


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a website with an animate gif image (ex. the test link above).
2. Click and hold the scrollbar or navigate the menus.


Actual Results:  
gif animation stops

Expected Results:  
gif animation continue


I have seen this problem for a long time.
But waited for bug 269388 to be fixed, since I thought it was related. But it
obviously was not...
Version: unspecified → Trunk
Note that Safari does the same
