Firefox dont display the reloaded webpage when you hold the scrollbar or
navigate menus.
After switching to CFRunLoopSource the website now reload in the background, but
its not displayed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reload any website
2. Click and hold the scrollbar or navigate menus before the reload complete.


Actual Results:  
Firefox dont display the reloaded website until you release the scrollbar or
close the menu

Expected Results:  
Display reloaded website


This is not a problem in Camino. Not in Firefox on MS Windows either, afaik.
