User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.9) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0.5 (ax) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.9) Gecko/20050711 Firefox/1.0.5 (ax) I removed roboform and it firefox works fine. However, before that, every time I clicked on a link it forced a roboform error, even though I was not even using it, and a firefox error that forced me to close down. I tried just to close roboform to fix the problem, but that was not enough. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Just have roboform on your computer and it will happen. 2. 3. Actual Results: Forces errors to roboform and firefox and forces close down. Everytime.
Summary: I just installed your new release and it conficts with roboform. → I just installed your new release and it conficts with roboform.
Are you using the Roboform extension, or the desktop application? Have you installed the adapter for Firefox listed on this page?
(In reply to comment #1) > Are you using the Roboform extension, or the desktop application? Have you > installed the adapter for Firefox listed on this page? I don't see "the adapter for Firefox listed on this page". However, I did install the required firefox adaptor to use roboform a long time ago. Is there a new adaptor? I have used roboform with firefox for a long time and it is not that I was even using roboform. As soon as I installed the new release of firefox, I got two error messages whenever I selected a link. One for roboform, again, I was not even usuing roboform and then one for firefox that forced me to close and then reopen firefox. I was amazed that closing roboform was not enough... I literally had to wipe it off my computer.

I just installed Firefox 1.0.5 and it's doing the same. Actually, I don't even need to click a link. I open Firefox and click anywhere in the page body and it crashes.... I did not want to uninstall roboform, but instead I reinstalled firefox 1.0.4 and it works fine.
See bug bug 256418. Looks like Robofrom authors need to update their software for 1.0.x releases (not just 1.x releases). Hopefully they'll have an update that fixes the problem soon. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 256418 ***
