If I open Tools / Extensions and select the first entry, I can use the arrow
keys to select the next entry in the list... But: Firefox doesn't scroll, so the
selection is outside the visible area

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools / Extensions
2. Select the first item
3. Use the down-arrow-key


Actual Results:  
4. The extension manager doesn't scroll

Expected Results:  
It would be nice if Firefox scrolls automatically if I select with keyboard.

This was fixed recently on the trunk. Please reopen if you can reproduce this
with a current trunk build (such as deer park alpha 2 or deer park beta when it
is released).
