The sort order indicator triangles in the History dialog's column headers are
reversed. They should point towards the end of the list with the lesser sort
values (like a vertical greater-than/less-than symbol.)

The cookie & image manager dialogs, and Windows Explorer, exibit the correct
behavior.

Steps to Reproduce:




Marking as minor, a step above trivial, as it's a cosmetic bug but it can cause
confusion.
