301976 - residual highlights after mouse over of radio/checkbox's

In the prefs window on trunk builds, when mousing over radio buttons or
checkboxes, I get residual highlight effects even after the mouse has left the
"div".  In the sceenshot posted there the last highlighted entry is the only one
being "moused over" the 3 above it have retained their residual highlighting.

Do you use a theme?

This is with the default theme (classic, or pinstripe, however you'de like to
call it).  What I haven't done is test it with other GTK themes.  I have my
suspicions that it might have something to do with gtk interaction.
