On the create new attachment page the space to enter the e-mail of the requestee
is way too small. You should be able to see the entire e-mail address of the
person you entered.

Ok, let's give this a try.  Note that while this merely fills up empty space on
the "create attachment" and "show bug" pages, it expands the form on the "edit
attachment" page, wasting space.

Also note that once Bugzilla moves from email addresses to usernames as user
identifiers this field can shrink back to a smaller size to take into account
the shorter average length of usernames.
