In Edit..Preferences...Proxies, when manual configuration is chosen and a proxy
is entered in the http section, then hightlighted, copied to clipboard, then
pasted into the ftp section, the following occurs:

ftp:  someproxy.somewhere.comsomeproxy.somewhere.com
http: someproxy.somewhere.com

SW: Windows 2000, M14
Confirmed under winNT with 3/2 build.  This seems to happen on _all_ preference
input fields.  Changing component to XP Toolkit.  XP Toolkit guys, if this
belongs in component Preferences or Editor please move.  Updating summary to
reflect that this is not specific to Proxy preference but applies to all pref
panel text input fields.  This is not a problem for HTML forms.
