German told me last week that the unreadably tiny fonts in text fields and text
areas in chrome and dialogs on linux was a known problem that was going to be
addressed for beta1. But I can't find any bug on it, so I'm filing this to make
sure the issue doesn't get forgotten and we don't ship with dialogs and a urlbar
that normal people can't read and with no way for people to switch to a larger
font.

If there's a blanket bug which also covers this issue, then sorry for the spam,
feel free to dup.

Erik has bug 18135 which is essentially the same.
yes, but german also has a part of the bug (increasing default font size); I'll
dup this of that one. Erik has the other part of this bug in #18135.
