Blogger's text entry is borked on Mac OS builds for the last few days. The
actual textarea isn't always aligning with where it should be, and the
scrollbars aren't appearing when they should (when you edit an entry). Also,
there's a "shadow" of the control underneath, doubling the proper height. Tested
with a clean profile, using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O;
en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050801 Firefox/1.0+

The attachment illustrates the gap above the content (and the top of the
vertical scrollbar): there is a corresponding problem selecting the last line of
text which overflows vertically. The horizontal scrollbar should show as the
content overflows horizontally: and the control is twice as tall as it should
be. The scrollbar and positioning issues are irregular, but the improper height
is constant.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Log into blogger, and edit a post.
Actual Results:  
The textarea has a shadow doubling it's height, and the positioning of the
content within it is intermittently incorrect. Not seen in other webapps -
gmail, bugzilla are OK.

Expected Results:  
Show textarea correctly.

Also happend on latest builds in Windows. Changed hardware & OS flags.
