Cut and paste doesn't work in the bookmarks

Details
I want to import my Netscape bookmarks. But that doesn't seem to work, so i try
to access the netscape bookmarks that were imported into IE and then into Gecko.
I select the folders and do cut, go up to my personal folder and do paste.
Nothing happens!
I expect to be able to drag folders and bookmarks in this window also, but that
does not work.

It worked in the Netscape6 Preview, but was VERY slow.

marking fixed and verified. track the slowness issue at bug 35022 - report any symptoms you've seen.
