Using a trunk build pulled from CVS this morning, I cannot reply to the web forum on the above URL. Clicking any Reply link on that page causes the next page to load and reload continuously. The STOP button is disabled the whole time, so you cannot use it to interrupt the reload cycle. The cycle can be interrupted by selecting some other link on the page before the redraw completes, and then you can use the Back button to get to the page, but the text entry field is not enabled, so you still can't enter a reply.
(In reply to comment #0) Oops, didn't use the Bugzilla Helper. My User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050621 That doesn't seem all that informative, really. Source was pulled 2005-08-02.
Sorry for the late reply, I don't know how this bug can have remained in SeaMonkey::General all this time I don't have an account with that forum. Does this still happen with SeaMonkey 2.0.14 or later, preferably 2.1 or later?

I'm going to close this as INCOMPLETE since lots of things have changed since SeaMonkey 2.1. If you still see this problem with SM 2.10.1 please reopen this bug.
Really closing now.
