I've added these to CVS:

* rss.php in /extensions/
* MagpieRSS in /extensions/magpierss/*

I just need those added to the Devmo wikis (en first for testing, then the
others), so we can get RSS feeds in from external resources when we work in the
new front page design.
Done and done.
