Starting with the 08.01 nightly build the Location bar loose focus about 1/2
second after you open a new tab. It dont loose focus in the 07/31 nightly build.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press CMD-T or click "File -> New Tab" to open a new tab
Actual Results:  
The Location bar have focus for about 1/2 second, then loose focus

Expected Results:  
The Location bar should keep focus
