disabled menu item "About My Wallet": old name

Details
on the mac the disabled items in the native menus appear as greyed-out (instead
of simply removed in the XPmenus on windows and linux), which is expected.
however, Tasks > About My Wallet is kinda obsolete since the new name for the
feature is now Personal Managers.
might not be worth the effort to fix this on the mac for beta1 (i don't mind
since it's disabled for beta1 anyhow). but when this feature is activated in M16
(or whatever later milestone), we are going to have to change the item's name.
