Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the firefox browser
2. goto any website where they have PDF downloads
3.Try clicking on tghe PDF document
Actual Results:
Firefox browser hangs
Expected Results:
It should be able to open PDF document
It is because of plugin not there

This is not fixed, fixed is when mozilla was changed. Also this is not a
Disability Access bug.

What plugin? I have same problem. Click on pdf file produces an error comment like,"Adobe Reader has encountered a problem and must close". But the browser is locked and I have to Control-alt-delete to kill browser.
