sql files generated by contrib/gnats2bz.pl uses old database schemes (2.14(??)) 
and therefore are quite unusable to convert gnats to bugzilla.

Well, I know one group that's using it (has around 50k requests in it), so as a
compromise you could always mark this a DUPLICATE of bug 163465 and mark bug
163465 as WONTFIX 8-)
This can be pretty annoying to someone who is still using 
gnats and trying to migrate from gnats to bugzilla.  If the
script doesn't work it should be removed.
