Reproduce Steps:

1. launch firefox (A11y-enabled) and gnopernicus on Linux
2. try to prompt alert dialog. For example, open multiple tabs and close the
window, then a "Confirm close" dialog will prompt.

Expected Result:

For alert dialog, screen reader should read the alert content (static text in
the dialog) for users to know what the alert is about and what decicision should
be made.

Actual Result:

Only the dialog title is read by screen reader when dialog prompts.
This now works with Orca.

Firefox 50.0a1 (2016-07-11)
