Due to the fixes for bug 298255 and bug 305269, it is no longer possible to
shift+click a chrome:// bookmark (to open it in a new browser window).

This bug exists on at least Windows and Mac.

I just checked in the fix for bug 305269, so this bug won't be in nightlies
until tomorrow.
