We need to have nsTraceRefCnt working on Mac OS X so that we can debug XPCOM leaks.
There's a reasonable chance that the Linux ifdefs in nsStackFrameUnix could work
with very little modification. That said, dladdr seems to be strongly
deprecated on Mac OS X (#warning in the header file).
Apple have some code for stack walking and symbol lookup (in the More Is Better
sample) that I've adopted. I'll also need to drop in some C++ demangling code
from the gcc tree. I have things mostly working.

I added nsStackFrameDarwin.h/cpp for the Mac OS X code. It contains a bunch of
code based on Apple sample code for stack walking and symbol lookup, to which I
added a basic PC->symbol cache. I believe it's OK for us to include the
modified Apple code; here is the license:

maybe dup to bug 336517?
