It resembles a dotted line. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. I just kept opening different webpages until the line became broken apart. 2. 3. It happens when using the default theme and I've tried to completely unistall the browser and reinstall and it still gives me the same problem.

Hmm, some kind of widget issue (guessing)? In SeaMonkey, I often see the bottom border surrounding the content area disappear.
