poss related to bug 259170 . Read Mail will not open Outlook Express when OE
is set to the default email program via Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.
Works OK when Thunderbird is set to default. Works OK (with OE) on the same PC
with someone else's login (not administrator). Used to work OK - problem
started after installing Thunderbird. New Message works OK - with OE.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Tools
2.Click Read Mail

Nothing happens
Expected Results:
Opened Outlook Express
