Mozilla (build 2000030509) renders the listing on this page rather oddly; though that may be a problem with the HTML and is not the purpose of this bug report. Attempting to scroll to the right on this page seems to cause the browser to freeze irretrievably.
marking dupe of 21637, long page does not load well. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 21637 ***

This does not appear to be a duplicate of 21637. That bug is about page loading. In this case, the page loads successfully. The crash happens when you try to horizontally scroll the page.

That URL has a couple hundred <MENU> tags. That could be related to bug #30780.
