Feedback agent does not automatically take the proxy settings from browser.

If the user is behind a proxy, he has to manually add the settings.

You would be losing lots of data due to this problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
user is behind the proxy 

1.after a crash agent tries to send info to your site.
2.but the proxy settings are not automatically taken from the browser.
Actual Results:  
the proxy settings are not automatically taken from the browser.

Expected Results:  
the proxy settings should be automatically taken from the browser.

you would be losing lots of important crashes.
