I am behind proxy. I got a crash. Agent didnt send the crash to you and I found
the incident in the queue.
I added the proxy settings and the port no of both http and socks.
I tried to send the crash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I am behind proxy. I got a crash. Agent didnt send the crash to you and I
found the incident in the queue.
2.I added the proxy settings and the port no of both http and socks.

3.I tried to send the crash.

Actual Results:  
1. crash is still in queue.
2. got error that agent is unable to connect to server

Expected Results:  
1. crash should not be in queue
2. agent should send the crash to you successfull.y
