Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050830 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050830 Firefox/1.0+

When opening a URL with bad redirects (e.g. it redirects multiple times, or the
redirects loop) the following error page is shown:

"The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for %S in a way
that will never complete.

    * This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
          cookies."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a site with incorrect redirects.

Actual Results:
The error message was shown.

Expected Results:
%S should have been replaced by the URL I attempted to visit.
WFM - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050830
Firefox/1.0+

The page loads without issue for me.
URL can be removed, this site had this issue only temporarily. The issue is with
the error message not replacing %S by the URL.
Looks like we're going to clean those all up one way or another in bug 306409
