I am having the same problem. I have tried the fix, even uninstalled all the themes except the main generic one. It does the same thing. I have compleatly uninstalled the whole program, deleted all traces that I could find of Firefox, reinstalled into a new directory. No change. It only happens when I'm using version Firefox 1.5 RC 3 for Windows. All other versions work fine. Help?

Same issue. Result is I have no access to Tool > Options. Just an overlay. The only butttons that work are OK, Cancel, Help.acrossthe top of the screen are the unclickable words: General, Privacy, Content, Tabs, Downloads, and Advanced. You have to hit the OK or Cancel button to make it work. Windows XP, sp2; default firefox theme, and no extensions enabled.
