User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050824 SeaMonkey/1.0a Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050824 SeaMonkey/1.0a If Navigator is opened and then Mail is opened, clicking on 'Navigator' in the Window menu does not bring Navigator to the front. If one brings it to the front by clicking on the actual Navigator window, then returns to the Mail window, clicking on Navigator in the Window menu now does bring it to the front. This was a problem years ago, but was cured. In build 20050804, it does not show up, but in build 20050824 it has come back. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start SeaMonkey. 2.Open Navigator. 3.Open Mail. 4.Click on Navigator in the Window menu. Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: The Navigator window should have come back to the front. eMac G4, OS X 10.3.9, Classic theme.

This bug is also present in Build 20050902.

So the regression window is 20050804 -- 20050824. If you can narrow that down even further would be very much appreciated.

Mats, I can do that (though not for a few days, because I have just come back from abroad and have an enormous amount of work to catch up with). But if I go to 'Nightly builds' (where the OSs for which the various versions are intended are specified) and then the Parent Directory to find builds within the regression window, how can I tell which ones are for Mac?

Mats, ignore my comment #3. Here is the result: Build 2005081609 is the last one in which clicking on 'Navigator' in the Window menu brings Navigator back to the front. By 20050817, the bug has appeared. I have made a further discovery, which might be related (though the dates do not quite agree): somewhere between builds 20050817 and 20050825, when composing a new e-mail, 'Check spelling' in the Options menu became dimmed-out (though 'Spell' in the menu bar still works.) I shall report it as a separate bug.
Reproducible with SeaMonkey/20050903, choosing Window > 1 SeaMonkey {Build
ID...} (Alt+W, 1) or Ctrl+1 doesn't switch to the Navigator window either.

I see this too on a 5 days old seamonkey trunk build (mac). Confirming. Does this only happens on mac?

Stefan, yes, I have just tried Build 2005090810 (Mac, OS X 10.9.3) and the bug has gone β cured.
WFM with SeaMonkey/20050907 and -08 (but also reproducible with SeaMonkey/20050904).

Thanks for confirming, Michael & zug_treno@yahoo.com. Yeah, I think this was fixed by Aaron for a couple of days ago, resolving as wfm since I'm not 100% sure what patch it was...
