307696 - mathml missing fonts dialog has a URL that is neither clickable nor selectable

When I go to the aforementioned page, it notifies me that
"To properly display the MathML on this page ...
For further information see:
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/mathml/fonts"

I can't click on that URL to go there, nor can I select it to paste it in to the
location bar -- I need to type it in.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to that page.  The first time you do, it'll give the dialog.  Afterwards, it
no longer gives it.


Expected Results:  
Let me click on the link, then opened a new tab/window taking me to the location
where I can read about fonts.
