This page lists lots of "vdr-*" files. The file vdr-1.3.31.tar.bz2 has a file
system time stamp of 2005-08-28 17:05, but when viewed through Firefox it is
listed with 2004-08-28 17:05 (one year in the past).

The KDE Konquerer displays the correct time stamp.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit the given URL
2. scroll down to vdr-1.3.31.tar.bz2
3. see the time stamp

Actual Results:  
I saw a wrong time stamp (one year in the past)

Expected Results:  
It should have displayed the correct time stamp
