After opening and closing firefox many times and running the browser for an 
hour, the browser seemed to be unresponsive and took up 80,044 K's of Memory

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open and close Firefox 1.06 multiple times)
2. Leave Firefox on for an hour or more

Actual Results:  
The browser became mostly unresponsive, while other browsers such as Opera 
worked normally.

Expected Results:  
Not slowed down or used as much memory
