When firefox is closed using the gui close button, on occasion, it will just
close the window and leave the process running.  I have to terminate the process
in the task manager in order to open firefox again because it treats that
situation as if another user is opening firefox.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firefox
2.close firefox
3.

Actual Results:  
firefox.exe is still a running process

Expected Results:  
terminated the process

I saw this frequently in 1.0 during crashtests but haven't seen it in 1.0+/1.4
since quite some time
