User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050521 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050521 I want to upgrade from 1.8b2 to be able to check my problem using the latest version of mozilla. I cannot find a build later than 1.8b2! There are all kinds of things but none later. It is very confusing. Why can't there be a simple pointer to a single place to get the most advanced version? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. try to find nightly build 2. become lost in irrelevant pages of mozilla web site 3. give up after 20 minutes Actual Results: The web site has become completely disorganized from my viewpoint. I was unable to obtain the latest version of Mozilla. I have 1.8b2. When I get the about page, and click on 'Mozilla 1.8b2' I get a dead page: http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.8b2/ "404: File Not Found /releases/mozilla1.8b2/ We are sorry, the file you requested could not be found." Expected Results: The about page should lead me directly to the next nightly build. Sorry if you are aware of this problem. Searching for 'nightly build' gave me too many hits to figure out how aware you are of it.
Some time ago I encountered the same problem, as the Mozilla suite has been renamed to SeaMonkey. Have a look at: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-trunk/ After having installed SeaMonkey you will be guided to the new nightly builds via QA / Latest Builds I hope this solves your problem ...
HOW CONFUSING!!! Why rename mozilla without making forward pointers? The previous two comments point to DIFFERENT places!!!
