09212005 .exe full installer seems to install everything.  After install is done
it doesn't auto-load seamonkey.exe.  The Desktop shortcut doesn't seem to load
it eather with no error message of any kind displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download 09212005 .exe full installer
2. Install
3. seamonkey.exe doesn't auto-load and doesn't load when clicking Desktop shortcut



Expected Results:  
It should auto-load seamonkey.exe after installed.

Do:

Start/Run/Open: [path]/seamonkey-1.1a.en-US.win32.installer.exe -greLocal

and that will install and auto-load seamonkey.
