We're doing registration bugs by volunteers rather than by locale. If Anousak is part of that new effort, then it'd make sense to reopen this bug, if not, a new bug is probably a better idea.

Also, until we're actually having content to consider to uplift, updating https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams:lo is more bang for the buck than having a registration bug.
