The first example should have a margin-right of 50px inside the black bordered
box, that is something that happens in Mozilla1.7, but not in current trunk build.

I think this is indeed bug 47710. How serious is this?

Probably not too serious, I guess. I filed this only because this is something
that has regressed between Mozilla1.7/Mozilla1.8.

Best to leave this bug in its current state for now.  We can revisit when we (or the CSS WG) decide how to address bug 47710.
