User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 (ax) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 (ax) Firefox has been automatically doing the equivalent function of hitting the "back" button today at random intervals. It's even happening with this page right now. I've cleared all my cache and temp files and still experience the issue. Unfortunately there are no error messages or consistancy to this. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Nothing special just browse the web 2. 3. Actual Results: Browser keeps going back a page. Expected Results: Browser should stay on the current page.

WFM Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Are you able to replicate this behavior in safe mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/safe_mode
actually i have determined a cause for this bug, and from what i can tell is that it requires action from the user having Advanced General "Use autoscrolling" is selected scroll using the middleclick up/down only a small amount, within just a few lines then release this will often bring up a prieviously visited page, not neccisarily from that tab

I have same bug problem: "Firefox has been automatically doing the equivalent function of hitting the "back" button today at random intervals. It's even happening with this page right now." How can I fix this bug? Because it happens to me often and I'm tired of having to do many times my filling up texts
