Details

I looked at bug #24696, but this seems different, since I leave the sidebar hidden at all times. While browsing, the scrollbar will sometimes (maybe once every 20 pages) stop working. By that I mean: you can drag the bar up and down, but the page dosen't actually move. It dosen't seem to happen to any page in particular, in fact it occurred on the main bug search page 5 minutes ago. Upon reloading the page, functionality returns. This has happened with all M14 builds I have tried. Currently using Build ID: 2000030709
The scroll-bar is actually works -- it changes position of the links areas, but does not perform any display This seems to be something blocking repainting of a page. This bug is not easy to reproduce.
