If I scroll on page http://www.profeht.de.vu/, it's very very slow.... I don't
know why.

confirmed. firefox 1.0.7/linux and seamonkey 1.0a1/linux

If you just open the frame it scrolls faster

removing the non-fixed background brings the page to a reasonable speed
disable the ticker and works better

but i can't get it to full speed either
Now it is much faster. But it's still not at full speed.

the page has been altered so the scrolling isn't an issue anymore.
w/o a testcase this one can be closed invalid
