31069 - 2000030808 Crash Starting Mozilla, Can't Get In

ABout 90% of the time I try to start 2000030808/win98 as soon as the main window 
opens up it crashes out with the info below. No home page is rendered, it 
happens as soon as the main window comes up.

The other 10% of the time it seems to work fine ...

Just running through my old bugs, this hasn't been a problem since that daily 
build on 03/08, everything after it has been fine so marking fixed ...
