this error apears only in firefox, not in internet explorer.

i had this error on my own site but i could locate the cause and make a simple
file to show it.
everytime you reload http://meownz.info/firefox_error/error.php in firefox it is
executed twice. this an simple session counter that adds 1 to the current count
(here's the source: http://meownz.info/firefox_error/error.phps). if i put
something into the url() tag in the css part of the file this errorrs goes away,
see http://meownz.info/firefox_error/no_error.php (source:
http://meownz.info/firefox_error/no_error.phps): every reload the coutner adds
only one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. error: http://meownz.info/firefox_error/error.php
2. no error: http://meownz.info/firefox_error/no_error.php
only an css tag is different.
